So in October, 2025 I purchased a used Nissan Kicks from
So in October, 2025 I purchased a used Nissan Kicks from Findlay Honda in Henderson. I was only able to test drive the car around the lot because it was filthy and hadn't been into the detail shop yet, and it was very low on gas. The car seemed like it was a decent car. The issues began after I signed the paperwork, I made the mistake of not purchasing the extended warranty on the car. The next day when driving the car it made what felt like a shudder, and then subsequent days after it did the same thing. Basically as I described to Taylor and the service advisor Bryant, it seems like it forgets that its in drive for a few seconds, and then it would also go into "limp mode." They kindly took the car into the shop a few times and "looked at it" and each time they said it never did what I described. For me to record the car when its doing the noise, I have about 30 or more recordings of this, and was never told how to get these recordings to them. On October 31, 2025, I had the day off of work, my plan was to go pick Bryant up and bring him to my home to take a short drive back to the dealership so he could see/hear for himself the issue, but he had taken the day off of work. So I asked the receptionist if he could call me back when he was in the next day or two and well here it is 6 months later and I am still waiting on a phone call back from him. My salesman Taylor, he was real responsive in the beginning, but yea he won't reply to text messages any longer. So in the first week when I brought the car back to them and I relayed to Taylor a lot of the issues, he said he would tell the service dept. all the issues I listed and he only mentioned the "limp mode." Taylor also stated that I shouldn't be having these issues so soon after purchasing the car, and he would understand if it were 6 months down the road. Well here we are 6 months down the road and all the times that I told them I think the transmission is going bad on this car, and them telling me "we can't recreate this issue" and now the car is in at the Nissan service dept getting the transmission fixed to the tune of 8300$. The had given me a nice loaner car when they had the car in for a week. After the week, they called and said everyday they drove the car in the mornings and the issue could never be recreated. I find that funny, because right after I picked up the car and started driving it all of a sudden the transmission did the slipping thing. I highly do not recommend purchasing a car from Findlay Honda, do not take it there for service if its making a noise they will just tell you that you are imaging things. I talked to the service advisor at Nissan and asked if the times it was going into limp mode were signs of the transmission going bad and he said it is a sign. So here I am, getting ready to make my 6th possibly 7th payment on a car and already having to put the cost of a second used car into this one..... One of the first service advisors, I don't remember his name though, that I worked with on this car, he was pretty convinced it was the transmission. So on my phone I still have all the recordings, and no where to send them in, not that it matters now because I have a $8300 repair bill that I am now paying on. So not a happy customer here, at this point I just want to pay this car off and run it off a cliff.

I wanted to share my experience with the service
I wanted to share my experience with the service department. Before coming in, I called and spoke with someone who had no issue with my request to have a vehicle inspected and even scheduled me an appointment. However, when I arrived, I was told there was no appointment on file, which was frustrating and confusing. During my visit, I interacted with Carlos in the service department. He did complete a basic inspection for me at no charge, which I appreciated. However, the interaction overall felt uncomfortable, as he came across as irritated and dismissive about my request. The vehicle I was having inspected had not had its transmission serviced yet, which was something I was concerned about. I specifically wanted to move forward with a CVT transmission service and was prepared to pay for it, but that request was turned down. As someone in the process of purchasing a vehicle, I was simply trying to be proactive and take care of an important maintenance item. It’s also worth mentioning that the vehicle had previously been serviced at this dealership, and I had every intention of continuing to use this location moving forward. However, after this experience, I chose another dealership instead, where I received excellent customer service. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and overall customer experience.

I have been a loyal Honda owner for nearly 30 years because Honda vehicles have always been dependable and reliable for my family. I currently drive a 2016 Pilot that I purchased new, and until recently, I trusted the dealership service department to maintain it properly. Unfortunately, my most recent service experience was extremely disappointing. The technician provided inaccurate information and avoided giving clear, direct answers to straightforward questions. My vehicle was kept much longer than expected, with very little communication throughout the process. To make matters worse, when I finally received my vehicle back, there was an oily/greasy substance left all over my leather passenger seat, along with garbage inside the car from the service department. This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The quality of service at this dealership is not what it once was, and it has significantly impacted my confidence in both the service center and the brand overall. Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider purchasing another Honda in the future.

I made an appointment on Sat 5/11 to have my 2021 Honda
I made an appointment on Sat 5/11 to have my 2021 Honda Passport serviced for a routine oil and tire rotation service. We added on a wheel alignment and the process was supposed to take 2 hours. At the 2 hour mark I had not received any notification. I went to look for my service advisor and when I found him he said they were running behind and it would be another 45 minutes. At the 3-hour from my service appointment mark my vehicle was still not ready. I still at this point had not received any communication and I went to go find my service advisor only to have someone else tell me my car was about to come out in 15 mins. I paid for my service and got in my car and drove off. On Sunday 5/12 I woke up and tried to start the car and it would not turn on. I used a jumper to start the car and it was fine. I had to travel for work on Monday 5/12 and my wife uses the car to take our Autistic daughter to and from her ABA therapy. When I landed I received a call from my wife that the car would not start once again. I had her call AAA and they came to check the battery and the AAA technician found that the battery terminals were placed back on the battery but never tightened. This is unacceptable especially for how much Findlay Honda charges for their services. I’m glad I had AAA because otherwise my wife and my autistic daughter could’ve been stranded with me out of town. Sufficed to say I will think twice about taking my vehicle back to Findlay Honda after this experience.

Atrocious operation. Tried to scam us for a service that should be covered by warranty. If we had not reacted strongly, we would have been charged $6000. They still essentially stole $400 from us. So in October, 2025 I purchased a used Nissan Kicks from
So in October, 2025 I purchased a used Nissan Kicks from Findlay Honda in Henderson. I was only able to test drive the car around the lot because it was filthy and hadn't been into the detail shop yet, and it was very low on gas. The car seemed like it was a decent car. The issues began after I signed the paperwork, I made the mistake of not purchasing the extended warranty on the car. The next day when driving the car it made what felt like a shudder, and then subsequent days after it did the same thing. Basically as I described to Taylor and the service advisor Bryant, it seems like it forgets that its in drive for a few seconds, and then it would also go into "limp mode." They kindly took the car into the shop a few times and "looked at it" and each time they said it never did what I described. For me to record the car when its doing the noise, I have about 30 or more recordings of this, and was never told how to get these recordings to them. On October 31, 2025, I had the day off of work, my plan was to go pick Bryant up and bring him to my home to take a short drive back to the dealership so he could see/hear for himself the issue, but he had taken the day off of work. So I asked the receptionist if he could call me back when he was in the next day or two and well here it is 6 months later and I am still waiting on a phone call back from him. My salesman Taylor, he was real responsive in the beginning, but yea he won't reply to text messages any longer. So in the first week when I brought the car back to them and I relayed to Taylor a lot of the issues, he said he would tell the service dept. all the issues I listed and he only mentioned the "limp mode." Taylor also stated that I shouldn't be having these issues so soon after purchasing the car, and he would understand if it were 6 months down the road. Well here we are 6 months down the road and all the times that I told them I think the transmission is going bad on this car, and them telling me "we can't recreate this issue" and now the car is in at the Nissan service dept getting the transmission fixed to the tune of 8300$. The had given me a nice loaner car when they had the car in for a week. After the week, they called and said everyday they drove the car in the mornings and the issue could never be recreated. I find that funny, because right after I picked up the car and started driving it all of a sudden the transmission did the slipping thing. I highly do not recommend purchasing a car from Findlay Honda, do not take it there for service if its making a noise they will just tell you that you are imaging things. I talked to the service advisor at Nissan and asked if the times it was going into limp mode were signs of the transmission going bad and he said it is a sign. So here I am, getting ready to make my 6th possibly 7th payment on a car and already having to put the cost of a second used car into this one..... One of the first service advisors, I don't remember his name though, that I worked with on this car, he was pretty convinced it was the transmission. So on my phone I still have all the recordings, and no where to send them in, not that it matters now because I have a $8300 repair bill that I am now paying on. So not a happy customer here, at this point I just want to pay this car off and run it off a cliff.

Taylor was exceptionally awful. Provided diagnostics report showing everything was fine. Pulled up my vehicle with lights on my dashboard and asked if I remember these lights being on when I provided my vehicle without them on. Proceeded to let me know I was liable for an issue that happened under Findlay Hondas care. Time stamped the diagnostic code under their care and still had the audacity to ask if I had an extended warranty to cover it. Followed with “this is a known issue for these cars” when he just told me and handed me a diagnostic report that everything was good. The report mentions none of the issues he verbally conveyed after I paid for my oil change. Brought my car in with a camera sensor that worked perfectly fine, left without one that places my family’s safety at risk.

I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot Trailsport with a
I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot Trailsport with a trade in vehicle and ended up spending much more than I expected. I did not try to negotiate because I needed a vehicle that could tow 5,000 lbs, seat 7, could go off road, had a tow hitch and harness. Just 5 things. The buying experience was easy, and I felt like everybody was getting what they wanted so I took the price they gave me. Before I signed everything, I asked the salesman to check and make sure that there was a 7 pin connector harness connected because I couldn't see it. He told me that it was there... I just needed to use a screwdriver to take off the cover on the rear bumper. He didn't have one so we proceeded with the sale. I get it home and wanted to test out the towing to see if everything was working on my trailer. Lo and Behold!!! NO TRAILER HARNESS! It came equipped with a trailer hitch and a transmission cooler but NO HARNESS!? I called the dealer the next day to tell them and hopefully they could resolve this issue... after all... They told me it was there when I bought it. Now that they had my sale... they acted like it was my fault for not having a screwdriver on me when I bought it! After dropping over $50,000 on this vehicle, they proceeded to charge me $230 for a harness that they told me was there when I bought it. I wasn't trying to scam them, but I surely felt scammed myself... Update: They reached out to me and said there was a miscommunication. They reimbursed me for the trailer pin install and apologized. I changed to 4 star because they went the extra mile. I appreciate their customer service.

I love my new Honda Accord, but would never recommend
I love my new Honda Accord, but would never recommend this dealership. I had a great experience walking into the dealership, however things quickly went downhill once the deal was completed. They made multiple commitments that they failed to complete or to complete on time such as: failing to install the Findlay package, and failing to detail the car when they promised. This caused me to make a trip all the way across town in Las Vegas traffic for no reason. To compensate me for this, they promised a gas card which I never received. Finally, when I complained to the sales rep about and discussed writing a negative review, he threatened that the review would negatively impact the sales rep that covered for him when he was out sick. Again, I love the car, but this dealership is unorganized and needs to train their sales reps on customer service.

I started working with Myles over the phone in November because of my situation I needed to get some insight on how I should handle even though I wasn’t quite ready to purchase. He contacted me every few weeks to get an update. When I was ready to move forward I text him and he was on a cruise however he text me back and made an appointment to meet me upon his return. While I didn’t get the vehicle that I came in for not because he didn’t try to make it work I ended up with my second choice wish is just as nice. Thank you Myles for all your help!!

Probably my worst experience buying a vehicle. Everyone was friendly but not as professional. I was asked what was I there if was not going to buy a car that day, but did end up purchasing a vehicle after 6 hours of being there. Giving 2 start because they did help me with my trade in and helped with the repairs after purchase. Ended up purchasing a vehicle that I didn't go see. When as questions about the numbers just told me that it was the number I wanted anyways so what is it. Very pushy with the warranty and just wanted to run credit I feel. Unprofessional when signing, he was on his phone most of the time and when asked about the pricing for warranty he just flipped the paper. Asked who financed me and couldn't give me and answer. Been 3 weeks and still don't who finance me. The only positive about this was the service manager. He was able to repair the damage the car had that was agreed on upon purchasing. Will definitely not be buying another vehicle at this dealership again the only reason I will go back is for service for the next 2 years because it was supposedly "included" with the vehicle but actually charged.

This has been the worst car buying experience that I’ve
This has been the worst car buying experience that I’ve ever had. The entire process has been terrible. Everything was rushed. During the financing process the only price that was discussed were my payments. When trying to ask more details I was brushed off. Questions ignored. I signed all the paperwork and was told that I would receive a copy via email. Then was sent home without knowing who my loan was through and how much everything came out to. I received a call the following Friday and reminded them that my contract was not sent, and was told that the servicer in finance would reach out. Another few days go by and I am receiving letters in the mail from the banks with a finance amount that wasn’t discussed during the sell. So I called Honda to get clarification around 8am, I was transferred to finance 3 times, and kept getting the answer machine. The final time I was told that they would leave a message for me to get a call back. No call back… so I called back around 4:30 pm then spoke with another person that walked down to finance so my call could be returned. I then get a call from the financial servicer (Vilay) later and he basically tells me that the trade in value, that Honda paid for my car, was added to my new loan. When I told him that didn’t make sense he repeated “ the car was paid off by them and then I had to pay them back” WHAT?! I got off the call with him immediately then called back to speak to customer service, he was more knowledgeable about the trade than the guy in finance.He then spoke to his manager, who walked down to finance to clarify. She called back in a timely manner and told me that more than 10,000 extra was from add ons that I signed paperwork for. Lesson learned ask about all add ons, because I was not made aware of any of these extra charges until today ( 11 days later). The only extra payment that was mentioned was gap insurance. Ok lesson learned, read through every document completely before signing. At this point I still don’t have any paperwork/ contracts. I don’t recommend Findlay Honda Henderson to anyone. I feel as though I was scammed. They are taking advantage of people and don’t not care about their customers.

While the final experience was honestly a 5-star thing, I’m taking a point off because actually getting someone to provide a quote over email was difficult. I dealt with what I assume were a couple of bots, as no matter what I said, they just responded with website postings. Once I was able to connect with Landon, things went really smoothly, and I would recommend others to Findlay Honda and Landon specifically. I had my quote and possible financing lined up before heading in, and Landon didn’t try to push any extras on me. All the terms, including the doc fee, were reasonable and not outrageous like other dealerships had quoted me. I was in and out in under three hours with a brand-new car.

Expecting to be first inline since I had an appointment! | Showed up at 1150 am The service director informed me the service would take approximately 1.5 hours. Hold the Phone! So from 1150 am I waited till 1: 30 pm to check on my car. They informed me they were still working on my car! So I looked out side and the car was still in the same spot I left it in. So went back to the service department to inquire about how my car was coming along! At this point he informed me it would be another 15 mins...... So I went back again at 2:30 pm they had just pulled the car into the service bay........ So after another hour went by so about 3:20 pm the car was finally ready! I had also informed the service director that I had another appointment scheduled that day for 3:pm. he said not a problem! Well it was a big problem! I was late for my dental appointment! That I had waited two weeks to get! So on my way out of the dealership I asked the service director what good are service appointments? He informed me that the appointments were for the dealerships benefit to see how much work was coming in that day! And I always thought Customer service was their priority! Not so! They're time is more important than the customers so keep that in mind if schedule and appointment! I feel the ( My time ) customers time is just as important as the dealerships time! I purchased an extended service contract when I bought my"NEW"2024 Honda Civic sport and I am seriously considering canceling this contract! Also I think I should mention they always ask if I speak English? Words are not enough to describe my frustration with Findlay Honda! Most Respectfully To Whom it may concern…….

First time came to this dealership and bought a used 2019 Acura MDX. Darnell took me to test drive. I asked that this car has no spare tires. He said some cars run on flat tires. Call Acura dealership and told the car should be tow when tire is flat. Or a spare tire kit for that model is $500. Only after the sales done and about to drive off the lot, Darnell told me there is only one key. I was upset because this should be disclosed to customer during the sale. I went back the next day. They said they will find the previous owner to look for the key.. of course no keys and the key is $650 at Acura dealership. Then I looked at car fax and confirmed the car was never service for transmission and this car has 69,000. Transmission service should be done at 60,000 miles . Contacted sale manager Douglas Jones and he said he is waiting for service director to answer. Called and only got voice mail.. I like my car but this dealership is not very good.

i was told multiple times by Brian Leon that finance made
i was told multiple times by Brian Leon that finance made a mistake that resulted in my original signed agreement being terminated and having to go back again to sign for a higher interest rate. The day i bought my car was great and easy. Every day following was terrible communication. Brian leon called me to get me change the bank lender and i felt rushed by him to make a decision when it was a mistake made on Hondas end. Once i gave Honda the go ahead that i would finance through them days later i got a notification through my credit app saying they tried to RUN MY CREDIT WITHOUT INFORMING ME. Honda then had our sales person Kevin call me asking me to unlock my credit without even explain why besides that they need to close this deal soon. Seems like they were only concerned about themselves. I do not understand how the finance manager is able to make such a mistake and then the sales manager to poorly communicate with the customer to solve this problem. i would never buy a car from this honda dealership again. The only person who profusely apologized was my sales person Kevin who was amazing at his job.
